Valley Crest Farmstead Creamery

About Valley Crest Farmstead Creamery

Valley Crest Farmstead Creamery is operated by third-generation dairy farmers David and Elena Ross. Raising a pasture-grazed herd of Alpine goats and Jersey cows, Valley Crest transforms fresh daily milk into small-batch, cave-aged artisan cheeses and cultured churned butter.

Farmstead Guarantee: 100% farm-raised milk, pasture grazing on clover and rye pastures, traditional copper vat cheese making, and zero synthetic hormones or antibiotics.

Artisan Cheese Selection

  • Aged Goat Milk Gouda: Cave-matured for 8 months with sweet, nutty notes and smooth texture.
  • Fresh Garden Herb Chèvre: Creamy spreadable goat cheese rolled in fresh rosemary, thyme, and cracked peppercorn.
  • Cultured Sea Salt Butter: Slow-churned high-fat butter made from grass-fed cream.
  • Smoked Farmhouse Cheddar: Raw cow milk cheddar cold-smoked over natural applewood chips.
